Just wanted to know what all facilities should one expect at any Base Camp? Have heard that Everest Base Camp is almost like a town. But are other base camps also well-equipped? What is generally available at base camps regarding lodging, boarding, food, emergency medical facilities, communication equipments, security, helicopters, rescue, etc.?
