The youngest Mt. Everest conqueror from Maharashtra
Mount Everest is almost losing its unassailable status with hordes of mountaineers climbing this highest peak in the world! Now it is Priyanka Mohite, all of 21, from Satara in Maharashtra who achieved this laudable feat on May 23. She is now the youngest Maharashtrian to do so. Priyanka has been practicing and going on mountaineering expeditions as a ground work for this ultimate mountaineering test. Priyanka finished her mountaineering course from Darjeeling in 2012.
